I also offer 1-2 meditation sessions per month at the local Senior Community Center. These sessions are free, and you can view the monthly schedule and details on the city’s website.

In a private yoga session, you receive individualized attention so we can create a practice that meets you exactly where you are. Whether you’re looking for support with specific physical or mental needs, seeking a practice that fits into your busy schedule, or craving one-on-one guidance while learning the practice of yoga, private lessons offer a unique opportunity to move, breathe, and grow in a way that aligns with your life.
Sessions can be held virtually or in person at your home, office, or another preferred space. In our first session, we’ll chat about you— your body, your lifestyle, your goals—so we can craft a practice tailored to bring you into greater balance, both on and off the mat. Sessions can focus on movement, breath work, meditation, or a blend of all three, depending on what best serves you.
